A look at Heidi and Joe’s Wedding from Dave McIntosh Photographics, wedding photography and videography based in Baltimore, Maryland.
Heidi and Joe are both school teachers at Baltimore City Public Schools. We met in mid 2019 before he pandemic to plan their wedding photography. Like almost everyone else their plans changed and their wedding was postponed until June 2021. When they finally did have their wedding they did it right. Jason was my second photographer he met Joe for prep photos at their home in Baltimore City. I was with the ladies at the Hotel Indigo. Heidi and Joe met for a first look and photos in Mount Vernon area of Baltimore City. We spent about an hour together with their first look, wedding party photos and some great photos of the two of them. Everyone walked to the ceremony at Brown Memorial Church. The ceremony went smoothly and ended in a bubble exit. Jason stayed behind to get the group photos at the church while I went ahead to the reception venue, the Belvedere. We started with a wedding party photo in front of the Belvedere then they went inside for cocktail hour. I took cocktail hour photos while Jason took photos of the reception room and details. About 200 people attended the reception in this elegant setting. Joe’s brother could not make the reception so he did his toast via video. Heidi and Joe wanted some classic photos in front of the Belvedere at night so we sneaked away from the reception for about 15 minutes to get the photos in the window, in front of the Belvedere and in the elevator. Heidi and Joe had 10 hours coverage from the primary photographer and 7 hours coverage from the second photographer
